Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and grow the company’s existing brands while supporting the launch of new products and services

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets

  • Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, advertising spend, and campaign performance

  • Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

  • Analyse market data, sales performance, and campaign results, and prepare management reports

  • Implement and optimise sales plans, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives

  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales and marketing team members to meet performance objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular engagement, follow-ups, and needs analysis

  • Identify and anticipate new market opportunities to drive business growth

  • Stay updated on industry developments through workshops, conferences, publications, and professional networking

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
