A leading biotechnology company in Singapore is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing, excellent planning and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Promote and grow the company’s existing brands while supporting the launch of new products and services
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, advertising spend, and campaign performance
Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Analyse market data, sales performance, and campaign results, and prepare management reports
Implement and optimise sales plans, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales and marketing team members to meet performance objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular engagement, follow-ups, and needs analysis
Identify and anticipate new market opportunities to drive business growth
Stay updated on industry developments through workshops, conferences, publications, and professional networking
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
Ability to manage budgets and interpret sales and marketing data
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience managing teams is an advantage
