RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client in the power supply and electrical manufacturing sector for a Sales Manager based in Central Singapore. You will drive revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for data centre, commercial and industrial customers.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in UPS or power systems, and a diploma or degree in engineering or business.

• Prefer UPS products or electrical power systems experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.

Our client is a power supply and electrical manufacturing industry . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Managerto be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities Sales Manager:

• Drive sales growth by achieving assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the data centre, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors and end users.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including project pipeline development, quotations, tender submissions and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with technical and service teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, market developments and industry trends while ensuring timely payment collection.
• Prior experience in UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) products or solutions will be an added advantage.
