Wholesale Electric Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Industrial UPS Sales Lead to grow the UPS business within oil & gas and heavy industry sectors.

You will own the annual order target, drive the sales funnel, and support post-sale deployment with the factory. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of UPS sales experience, strong UPS and battery knowledge, and a track record of building long-term customer relationships, negotiating terms, and presenting technical solutions at events.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–5 years UPS industry experience.
• Knowledge of battery technologies is a plus.

Industrial UPS Sales Lead

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven UPS Sales Lead to build upon our current success within the business for industrial UPS in their designated market segment (oil & gas, heavy industry).

The ideal candidate would have 4-5 years of UPS sales experience and has strong technical expertise of UPS and battery. He /she will continue the established working relationships with end-users, consultants and contractors that are already in place.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Owns the achievement of the company’s UPS annual order target for their allocated market segment.
• Actively drives the UPS sales funnel, working autonomously to identify and maximize opportunities.
• Supports the company’s / factory during the post-sale implementation and hand-over process.
• Establishes new, and maintains existing, strong long-term relationships with customers for UPS.
• Manages and interprets customer requirements and delivers customer quotations to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs for UPS.
• Negotiates and closes sales by agreeing terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
• Responsible for representing the UPS product portfolio to customers through the technical engagement and delivery of technical presentations and at field events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering with relevant field experience.
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in UPS industry.
• . Basic knowledge of different battery technologies is an advantage
• Ability to perform all job responsibilities in accordance with the company’s philosophy, values, policies, and standards.
