Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is supporting a multinational client in Singapore seeking a senior B2B sales professional with experience in UPS and critical power solutions.

The role targets growth across data centres, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities, managing the full sales cycle and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B cold-and-warm sales, a proven track record in project sales, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in UPS or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development and project sales.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors and end users.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Mansioni

• Drive business growth by achieving sales revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across data centres, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, project tracking, tenders, quotations, negotiations, and closure.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and service teams to deliver power protection solutions.
• Maintain healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities, and support collections and account management.
