Job summary

Talent Trader Group PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to coach and grow both outdoor and inside sales teams across Southeast Asia, targeting semiconductor and general industrial markets.

You will drive distribution strategies, manage distributor performance, and guide opportunities from pricing to deal closure while maintaining profitability. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of semiconductor supply chains, CRM/ERP familiarity (SAP preferred), and the ability to align

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in distribution, contractor, or semiconductor B2B sales with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chains, distribution channels, and SEA markets; SAP experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in distribution, contractor, or semiconductor B2B sales, with proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chains, distribution channels, and Southeast Asian markets; experience with CRM/ERP systems, preferably SAP, is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, commercial, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
