Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue and margins across Southeast Asia's semiconductor and industrial markets.

You will lead a regional sales team, manage distributors, and coordinate with Japan HQ on pricing, delivery, and product matters, while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM/SAP data. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and willingness to travel to growth markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor/distribution B2B sales experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and business targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demand to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, demand plans, and corrective actions for management.
