Job summary

Talent Trader Group PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to coach and grow both outdoor and inside sales teams across Southeast Asia, targeting semiconductor and general industrial markets.

You will drive distribution strategies, manage distributor performance, and guide opportunities from pricing to deal closure while maintaining profitability. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of semiconductor supply chains, CRM/ERP familiarity (SAP preferred), and the ability to align

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in distribution, contractor, or semiconductor B2B sales with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chains, distribution channels, and SEA markets; SAP experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and business objectives.
• Develop and execute distribution and territory strategies across Southeast Asia, covering semiconductor and general industrial markets.
• Manage distributor performance through target setting, pipeline reviews, account planning, product training, and regular business reviews.
• Build relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and prospects; guide the team in opportunity development, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, and sales performance, while coordinating with internal teams and HQ to resolve commercial, supply, delivery, and product issues.
