Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced inside sales professional to qualify opportunities, support targets, and nurture relationships with customers.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate orders through delivery, and maintain accurate records in SAP and CRM while collaborating with sales, logistics, finance, and HQ to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order management, or distribution.
• Experience in semiconductor or industrial B2B is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual meetings to qualify opportunities and support sales targets.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers, understand requirements, and recommend products, upgrades, and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate the order process from quotation through delivery, including order entry, availability checks, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and CRM, and monitor open quotations, orders, backlogs, and dormant accounts.
• Collaborate with outdoor sales, distributors, logistics, finance, technical teams, and HQ to support sales activities and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual meetings to qualify opportunities and support sales targets.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products, upgrades, and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate the order process from quotation through delivery, including order entry, availability checks, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, opportunity, and forecast records in SAP and CRM systems, and monitor open quotations, orders, backlogs, and dormant accounts.
• Collaborate with outdoor sales, distributors, logistics, finance, technical teams, and HQ to support sales activities, customer retention, and business growth.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order management, or distribution; semiconductor or industrial B2B experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
