Post 1) Account Manger
Job description:
- To Develop, establish and maintain existing account with Ship-Owners, Ship Managers, Superintendent and Ship Chandlers locally in Singapore.
- Build and maintain contact with all customers to ensure high level of customers satisfaction
- Handle customer negotiation, follow up on enquiries and closing of sales in an effective and efficient manner
- Generate monthly sales report, forecasts and market information
- Prepare and execute action plans for effective secure of sales leads and prospects
- Sales hunting
- Local and overseas entertainment to upkeep customer relation
- Handle marine related exhibition and other related marine events
Lead a team of 7 Indoor Sales Co-Ordinator and assist solving with sales related issues
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business / Sales and Marketing
- Must have 4 to 6 years’ experience in sales of gas detection products and/or systems.
- Experience in handling and communicating with Ship-owners, Ship Managers, Superintendent and Ship Chandlers is an added advantage
- This position will involve local and regional travel (30% overseas travel).
- Self-motivated and committed to work
- Handles the arrangements of meeting with potential clients as well as responding to incoming mail and |phone enquires.
- Performance driven, target oriented, with a strong passion for achieving exceptional results
- Mature and willing to work under limited supervision
- Proven leadership experience with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Post 2) Senior Sales Executive / Senior Executive
Job description:
