About the job Sales Manager (Marine Fuel Testing)
  • Sell company's technical solutions and services to ship owners and managers in Singapore and the APAC region.
  • Develop and present customized value propositions to highlight the benefits of company's services.
  • Meet with current and potential clients to create and offer tailored technical solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups, manage relationships, and handle collections as necessary.
  • Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries and respond promptly.
  • Track sales progress monthly and develop strategies for market expansion.
  • Analyze competitors and manage customer relations.
  • Explore complementary industries and identify opportunities based on data.
  • Review industry priorities and identify gaps that Viswa can address.
  • Respond to RFPs with detailed proposals and manage the end-to-end process for winning bids.
  • Survey customers to identify needs and create customized solutions.
  • Facilitate the handover of new customers to account sales managers.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain CRM and reporting processes with internal experts.
  • Communicate effectively and present professionally.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the maritime industry.
