Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team – Run daily huddles, track targets, keep morale high, and ensure enquiries are handled efficiently.

• Coach & Develop – Train consultants on matching, interviews, closing techniques, and onboarding new hires.

• Close Sales Yourself – Handle your own cases, step in for tough clients, and maintain stable monthly placements.

• Improve Processes – Streamline workflows, suggest improvements, and prevent leads from slipping through the cracks.

• Monitor KPIs & Discipline – Track sales numbers, follow‑up rates, and intervene when performance dips.

Requirements

• CEI Certification – Mandatory.

• Proven sales or customer service experience; maid agency or related industry experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage client expectations with professionalism and empathy.
