Job summary

THE HR ECOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop and grow coloading business with freight forwarders and industry partners, expand key accounts, and optimize profitability.

You will monitor market rates, negotiate rates, plan pricing strategies, and lead the sales team to meet targets while building strong relationships with airline partners and suppliers. Regular customer visits and market updates are part of the role, with standard working hours Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow coloading business with freight forwarders and industry partners.
• Manage and maintain key customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate buying and selling rates to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market rates, airline capacity and competitor activities.
• Develop pricing and sales strategies to increase tonnage, revenue and gross profit.
• Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls.
• Monitor customer performance, revenue, tonnage and profitability.
• Work closely with airline partners and suppliers to secure competitive rates and capacity.
• Identify new destinations, products and routing opportunities.
• Manage credit exposure and follow up on commercial issues where required.
• Lead and support the sales/customer service team to achieve business targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market updates for management.
