Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is assisting a local freight forwarder located at Changi Airfreight Centre to hire a Sales Manager. You will lead the sales team, grow co-loading with freight forwarders and partners, and pursue new business to expand tonnage and revenue.

You will negotiate rates, monitor market trends, and collaborate with airlines to secure capacity. Strong leadership, client engagement, and forecasting will be essential to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience in air cargo, freight consolidation, or co-loading.
• Strong network with freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics partners.
• Deep understanding of airfreight pricing, spot rates, trade lanes, airline capacity, and yield management.
• Proficiency in rate negotiation, revenue forecasting, and margin control.
• Strategic mindset with track record in business development and account management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
