We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Manage and grow key accounts, including multinational corporations (MNCs) and government organisations
  • Drive tender submissions and ensure compliance with procurement requirements
  • Develop strategies to close high-value projects (6-figures and above)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors
  • Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, installation) to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends to senior management
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales management experience with a successful track record
  • Minimum 3 years in construction industry
  • Demonstrated success in securing large projects with MNCs and government organisations, including tender wins
  • Strong experience in high-value project sales, comfortable closing 6-figure deals
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop long-term client relationships
