Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a client in the ICT sector to appoint a Sales Manager (Public Sector/ Regional Markets) based in the West of Singapore.

The role focuses on designing and executing sales strategies, nurturing government and multi-region accounts, and driving revenue growth. You will lead negotiations, coordinate with engineering, product and marketing teams, manage pipelines and forecasts, and travel as required to regions and public sector sites.

Qualifications

• At least NITEC with minimum 2 years of sales experience within ICT, AV, or enterprise software industry.
• Willing to travel as and when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to expand market share in government/public sector or multi-region markets.
• Identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and product demonstrations for complex technology solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to refine sales approaches.
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee budget allocation for regional/government sales operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Research emerging technologies and untapped market opportunities.
• Ensure post-sale client satisfaction through follow-ups and proactive support.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Sales Manager (Public Sector/ Regional Markets)
• Location: West
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Bonus
