Purpose and Mission
  • Responsible for driving sales activities from prospecting to closing deals to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure seamless customer service.
