Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SalesManager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand marketpresence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing salesstrategies, managing and motivating the sales team, building strong clientrelationships, and ensuring the achievement of company targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieverevenue and growth targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improveperformance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potentialclients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customersand business partners
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare regularsales reports for management
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms tomaximize profitability
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams toensure smooth order execution
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitoractivities to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handleescalations or major complaints professionally
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff to enhance skills andcareer development
- Manage sales budgets and monitor expenses effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, andlegal requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, businessdevelopment, or account management
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and drivingbusiness growth
- Prior experience in trading, import-export, orservice-based industries is an advantage
- Good understanding of market analysis, customer relationshipmanagement, and negotiation techniques
