·Develop and execute sales strategies to growbusiness in marine engineering, ship repair, and offshore sectors.

·Identify new clients, projects, and businessopportunities within the marine industry.

·Handle the full sales cycle—from leadgeneration, enquiry handling, proposal submission, to deal closure.

·Build and maintain strong relationships withshipowners, shipyards, managers, and marine contractors.

·Conduct client meetings, vessel visits, andpresentations to understand technical requirements.

·Coordinate with engineering and operations teamsto prepare quotations, costings, and scope of work.

·Review RFQs and ensure accurate pricing,timelines, and technical compliance.

·Follow up on ongoing quotations, negotiateterms, and secure contracts.

·Monitor project execution to ensure clientsatisfaction and timely delivery.

·Track sales performance, prepare monthlyreports, and update management on progress.

·Participate in marine exhibitions, trade shows,and industry networking events.

·Promote company services and capabilitiesthrough presentations and marketing materials.

·Support timely invoice submission and follow upfor payment collection.

·Achieve sales targets and contribute to companyrevenue growth.
