Summary

  • Travelling to SEA is required

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across target accounts; secure new customers and grow existing ones.
  • Assess customer process and application requirements, and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals, including demo/PoC plans and sample evaluations.
  • Lead field sales activities such as on-site customer visits, fab/line access coordination, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage pricing strategies, negotiate terms, drive contract execution, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional teams on demo planning, Statements of Work (SOW), delivery, installation, and customer acceptance.
  • Plan and execute joint initiatives with distributors and partners, monitor performance, and ensure follow-through.
  • Represent PSS at trade shows, seminars, and workshops, and follow up on all marketing-generated leads.
  • Document activities and outcomes in the CRM system and achieve quarterly/annual orders, revenue, and KPI targets.
Requirements
