Job summary

HANSING RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Representative for its AI Restaurant Solutions in Singapore. The role focuses on developing the Singapore market, acquiring new restaurant and F&B clients, and presenting the AI-powered ordering assistant.

You will visit restaurants, pitch features, and demonstrate the product, with flexible remote and field-based arrangements. A 5-day work week with performance-based compensation and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
• Experience in F&B technology, SaaS, AI solutions, POS systems, restaurant services or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching restaurant owners and business decision-makers.
• Good negotiation and closing ability.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently without close supervision.
• Comfortable visiting restaurants and meeting clients across Singapore.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Interest in AI, technology and innovative business solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow together with the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop new restaurant, café and F&B clients across Singapore.
• Proactively approach restaurant owners, managers and key decision-makers.
• Introduce and promote the company’s AI restaurant solution.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
• Explain the system’s features, benefits and business value clearly to potential clients.
• Understand customers’ operational needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good long-term relationships with restaurant clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the F&B industry.
• Collect customer and market feedback to support product improvement.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer follow-ups and sales progress
