Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Customer Relationship Management knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Energetic, independent, and goal-oriented.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Flexible hours: on-site during probation, remote afterward.
• A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and growing clientele base.
• Manage, service, and develop existing clients through visits and presentations.
• Analyze and forecast market trends, benchmarking against competitors.
• Supervise and manage budgets and resources to meet goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Coordinate with customer marketing/promotion initiatives.
• Manage and assist in the operation of events held.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and presentations.
