Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
• Experience in F&B tech, SaaS, AI solutions, POS systems or restaurant services is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Good negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to visit restaurants and meet clients across Singapore.
• Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Interest in AI, technology and innovative business solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new restaurant, café and F&B clients across Singapore.
• Proactively approach restaurant owners, managers and key decision-makers.
• Introduce and promote the AI restaurant solution.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
• Explain features, benefits and business value clearly to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in the F&B industry.
• Collect feedback to support product improvement.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and progress.
