Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage new contracts effectively
  • Monitor sales targets and margin objectives to ensure profitability
  • Implement company policies and objectives consistently
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and establish special pricing
  • Submit timely reports on sales performance and contract status
  • Coordinate sales and promotional activities to drive business growth
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and plan promotions tailored to target markets
  • Work closely with major contracts or key accounts to foster strong business relationships
  • Organise training sessions on wine and products to support the sales team
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives through effective support
  • Prepare compelling sales and product presentations for new outlets
  • Address customer complaints and feedback positively to enhance service quality
  • Monitor market competition and new products to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or related disciplines
