Job summary

A leading engineering manufacturer in Singapore is looking for a Sales Engineer (Semiconductor) to drive revenue growth through identifying opportunities with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, conducting customer visits, and collaborating with technical teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in backend semiconductor testing. Strong presentation skills and the ability to travel are required. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

  • Able to travel overseas if required.

  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Foster and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle to build long‑term trust.
  • Execute targeted sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct weekly customer visits and report findings.
  • Collaborate in management meetings to enhance sales tactics.Provide customized solutions for customer challenges and requirements.
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers and technical teams.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties which may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
