Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer (Rental Chiller / HVAC) to develop rental chiller services, grow revenue, and penetrate new accounts. You will perform site visits, calls, and networking to present turnkey HVAC and rental solutions.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, knowledge of HVAC systems, and at least 3 years of sales experience in related industries. Travel islandwide is involved for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow rental chiller services to maximize revenue and account penetration
• Identify and establish new customers through calls, site visits, and networking
• Present turnkey HVAC and rental solutions to potential clients
• Analyze customer needs and identify market opportunities
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement
• Drive awareness and demand for rental chiller services
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Perform other sales‑related duties as assigned

Job description

Position: Sales Engineer (Rental Chiller / HVAC)

Location: Boon Lay (Islandwide travel)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus (Min 2 months, up to 5 months) + 16-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical

Industry: Refrigerating, Air-conditioning & Ventilation Machinery (MNC)
