Job summary

LTIS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an engineering supervisor to lead and support the technical service team focused on low temperature refrigerant systems and semiconductor equipment.

You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and provide hands-on leadership in the workshop. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, strong fundamentals, 2+ years of leadership experience with chillers, and excellent communication to interface with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or equivalent with hands-on experience in refrigeration and chillers.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Leadership experience to guide an engineering team in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain low temperature refrigerant systems and related equipment.
• Perform hands-on work and assist engineers as required.
• Carry out brazing work and other mechanical tasks in the workshop.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and team members.
• Handle ad hoc duties as needed to ensure service quality.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Required Skill(s): Aircon, Refrigeration, Chiller, Mechanical, Pumps.
• Minimum 2 years and above of leadership and hands-on experience working with industrial or commercial refrigeration and chiller systems.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an engineering team and provide technical guidance in the workshop.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interface professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
