Job summary

LTIS Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on engineering professional to join our dynamic technical sales and service team. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting low temperature refrigeration and chiller systems, with exposure to semiconductor equipment.

We offer training, a 5-day work week, and a work environment described as young, vibrant, and focused on work-life balance. The candidate should possess a diploma in engineering and at least two years of leadership

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years leadership and hands-on experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration and chiller systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation to interface with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on refrigeration and chiller systems.
• Hands-on work including brazing as required.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers in the workshop.
• Deal with adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Required Skill(s): Aircon, Refrigeration, Chiller, Mechanical, Pumps.
• Minimum 2 years and above of leadership and hands-on experience working with industrial or commercial refrigeration and chiller systems.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an engineering team and provide technical guidance in the workshop.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interface professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
