Key Responsibilities
  • Support and increase direct sales to end-users in Singapore; manage and strengthen relationships with distributors in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped regional markets.
  • Collaborate with distributors to set sales targets, provide training, and assist with market development.
  • Present product benefits and safety features to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to sustain a competitive edge.
  • Proactively schedule customer visits to build a sales pipeline and convert leads into revenue.
  • Submit weekly reports on visit activities, market feedback, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or B2B industrial sales or chemical sales.
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant technical field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical users and purchasing teams.
  • Self‑motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
