Job description
  • Up to S$5,000 Basic + S$800 Car Allowance + Sales Incentives + AWS + Variable Bonus.
  • Tampines North (T-Space).
  • Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Leading industry players including UMC, Micron, GlobalFoundries (GF), and STM.
  • 70% Farmer (Account Management) and 30% Hunter (New Business Development).

Join a high-growth technical sales team serving the core of Singapore's semiconductor hub. This role is designed for a technically savvy individual who understands the complexities of front-end semiconductor manufacturing. You will manage key accounts, bridging the gap between sophisticated technical requirements and commercial success while ensuring first-class customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives for assigned major accounts.
  • Provide first‑hand technical assistance and coordinate supplier resources to develop solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing tier‑1 clients (70%) while identifying new opportunities for growth (30%).
  • Ensure products are priced to meet target profit margins while maintaining competitive customer support.
  • Organize and conduct technical training seminars and presentations for customers when required.
  • Resolve daily customer concerns regarding product quality, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate the resolution of accounts receivable issues to ensure company revenue targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NITEC qualification and above.
  • At least two years of direct experience working with front‑end semiconductors.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle for client visits (Car allowance provided).
  • Ability to handle complex technical queries and translate them into actionable sales solutions.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and capable of working effectively with diverse technical suppliers.
