Job summary

ASIATIC ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a technically-minded Sales Engineer to join the team in Singapore. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable solutions while delivering product demonstrations and technical explanations to clients.

You will also prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, visit customer sites, monitor payments, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a class 3 driving license.

We are an established local engineering company specializing in the distribution and sales of ACMV equipment to industrial and commercial clients across Singapore. With a strong network of suppliers and customers, we are looking for a driven and technically-minded Sales Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

About you

• Must possess at least Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or other relevant qualification
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proven track record of new sales development
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficient in IT tools particularly Microsoft office
• Must possess class 3 driving license
