Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Time Sales Engineer in Singapore to drive sales opportunities, support project delivery, and maintain client relationships.

The ideal candidate can be an engineering graduate or an experienced ACMV/HVAC, M&E or technical sales professional. Location is Genting Lane with standard hours 8.30am–5.30pm, Mon–Fri. Attractive package includes Mobile, AWS, performance bonus, and car allowance; company car available if no own car.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• ACMV/HVAC or M&E experience advantageous.
• Singapore citizen for MINDEF projects.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Able to travel to client/project sites.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on new leads and company-generated leads, converting opportunities into sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.
• Negotiate with customers and support the commercial evaluation of projects.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams on site requirements, planning and scheduling.
• Provide technical support to the service team during troubleshooting and equipment issues.
