Job summary

Cosmos Recruit Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator (West) to manage quotations, sales orders and customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

You will liaise with logistics and procurement, track weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, and support the sales team with duties from invoicing to order fulfilment. Relevant experience and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC certificate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mailbox and prioritize urgent email/fax requests.
• Issue DOs and cash invoices in a timely manner.
• Check for outstanding inquiries and follow up with third party vendors.
• Verify PO accuracy including price, stock availability and shipping terms.
• Serve as the SME for queries and quotations from key customers.
• Track sales performance weekly and monthly to meet KPIs.
• Follow up on overdue accounts using debtor reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement on stock and delivery status.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (West)
Job Hours: 5 Days, 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Penjuru

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the mailbox and prioritize urgent email/fax requests.
• Issue of DOs / Cash invoice in a timely manner.
• Check for outstanding or pending enquires and follow up on third party vendor products.
• Check and acknowledge for PO accuracy - price, stock availability/terms/shipping terms.
• Be a subject matter expert of all queries and quotation of class A key customers
• Track sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis and ensure that the KPI guidelines are attained.
• Follow up on overdue accounts when given the debtor's report.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the logistics and procurement team to check on the stock availability and delivery status.

Job Requirements:

• To have minimally a Higher NITEC certificate in any discipline
• At least 1 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
