SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED, an established engineering and industrial solutions company, seeks a Sales Coordinator – Order Processing & Logistics to manage quotations, customer orders and shipment coordination. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer service, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties include pricing confirmation, PO processing, supplier orders and logistics follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, order processing or customer service.
• Good coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple orders accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and follow up when required.
• Process purchase orders and place orders with suppliers.
• Confirm pricing, lead times and order details.
• Coordinate shipments with customers and logistics partners.
• Monitor delivery status and provide timely updates.
• Support other administrative duties as assigned.

• Position: Sales Coordinator – Order Processing & Logistics
• Location: Henderson
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 Basic
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical
• Duration: 1 Year Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
