Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Order Fulfilment Specialist to coordinate and process sales orders, liaise with internal teams, and ensure timely fulfilment. You will handle daily transactions, monitor backlogs, and negotiate supplier prices in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, GCE A-Levels or equivalent, and knowledge of SAP or Asurix. This position is based in West Singapore with a 5.5-day week and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• GCE A’ Levels or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in order fulfilment or logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP / Asurix preferred.
• Meticulous, independent, initiative, works with minimal supervision.
• Able to multi-task and handle pressure in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing with internal parties to fulfil sales orders efficiently.
• Handle orders and requests across sales divisions professionally.
• Manage day-to-day transactional activities.
• Liaise with internal parties to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Monitor pending orders and backlog statuses.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Enter cash sales orders in Excel and monitor back-to-back payments.
• Prepare cash vouchers and related documents.
• Monitor Local Indent Fund.

Job description

Work Location: West

Working Arrangement: 5.5 days/week

Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday), 8AM - 12PM (Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner
• Handle and manage all sales divisions’ orders and requests with professionalism
• Handle day to day transactional activities
• Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment
• Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog statuses
• Negotiate price with supplier
• Key in cash sales order (excel file) & monitor back-to-back payment to supplier with finance
• COO Application, Prepare Cash Voucher, Prepare CIPL, Goods Return Processing
• Monitor Local Indent Fund

Key Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP / Asurix
• Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
• Service-oriented mind-set and attitude and able to deal with non-routine operations
• Ability to multi-task and cope with stress in fast paced environment
