Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Sales Support role in Singapore. You will assist with customer inquiries and orders, coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure prompt deliveries, and manage hedging orders with customers.

You will also forecast delivery schedules, liaise with finance for timely payments, and ensure compliance with GST, customs and NEA regulations. Training is provided, with a 5‑day work week and AWS benefits.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in sales support, with freight forwarding knowledge preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Demonstrate initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Good at mathematical calculations.
Training provided.

Responsibilities

Attend to customer enquiries and orders, liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers.
Ensure adherence to GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
