Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to support tender projects. Five-day work week with salary up to SGD 3,500.

• Ability to prepare quotations and delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders according to customer requirements, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales related documents.
• Attend to Customer Enquiries on products and services, including tender projects.
• Collaborate with other teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of parts and service orders.
• Maintain accurate sales information.
