Job summary

UNITED POWER & RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our metal form division. You will work closely with team members and external parties to ensure smooth operations, timely document handling, and accurate information flow.

You will coordinate daily deliveries, assist with administration, and help resolve transport and documentation issues, contributing to efficient service for customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma from any major, with at least 3 years experience in similar role.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales coordinator and admin duties with team and other departments to ensure proper procedures.
• Ensure timely document clearance and organized records, updating information in the system for monthly closings.
• Arrange daily delivery/collection of machines and transportation of rental equipment to meet customer requests.
• Investigate and resolve complaints related to transportation, documentation and lost items, as necessary.
• Assist Assistant Sales Manager (Metal Form) in problem-solving and preventing recurrence of issues.
