Job summary

SYNTAX ENCLOSURE SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Admin staff to support daily sales operations in Singapore.

You will handle quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders, while coordinating with logistics to ensure timely shipments and stock checks. The role requires bilingual English/Chinese communication, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• At least GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in email correspondence.
• Good organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
• Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
• Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities.
• Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
• Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
• Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
