• Receive and scrutinize customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness; generate internal job orders.
• Collaborate with production, project managers, logistics companies and other departments to expedite order fulfilment; prepare shipping documents.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products, services, and order status.
• Provide updates on orders, delivery schedules and potential issues to customers.
