Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Woodlands, Singapore, seeks a motivated Sales Coordination / Customer Service professional to support order fulfilment and client communications.

As the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you will prepare quotations, review orders, coordinate with production and logistics, and generate sales reports. A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration with 1–3 years’ relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations for equipment spare parts.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and generate internal job orders.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to expedite order fulfilment and prepare shipping documents.
• Act as primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing order status information.
• Obtain COO positions from government agencies and communicate updates to customers.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, tracking performance and forecasting.
• Support invoicing and payment processing with the finance team.
