Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be the hub between clients, production, and logistics, handling the full order lifecycle from quotation to shipping to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

You will process quotations, verify POs, coordinate with production, prepare shipping documents including Certificates of Origin, and support invoicing and forecasting. North location, manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations for equipment spare parts, verify incoming customer POs, and generate internal job orders.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with production and project managers; prepare shipping documents and secure Certificates of Origin (COO) from government agencies.
• Act as the main touchpoint for clients, providing timely updates on order status, delivery timelines, and product queries.
• Generate sales performance metrics, maintain data for forecasting, and analyze trends to assist management decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

About the Role:

What You Will Do:

• Process quotations for equipment spare parts, verify incoming customer POs, and generate internal job orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous with strong problem-solving skills, able to handle pressure, and possessing excellent communication teamwork traits.
• Working location: North.
