Job summary

A leading education organization in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, handle customer inquiries, and manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business or Marketing, with at least 2 years of sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred. This role offers a salary up to $3,000 with commissions and a permanent position.

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Education
  • Position Title: Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Bugis (5 mins walk from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (1pm – 10pm), Sat (1pm – 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Commission + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team find, follow up, and close sales. Keep customer details accurate and current in the CRM system.
  • Answer questions from potential and current students about courses and services. Set up consultations, calls, and follow-up meetings.
  • Prepare and handle sales paperwork, like quotes, contracts, invoices, and reports, ensuring everything is processed on time and correctly.
  • Serve as a connection between the sales team and other departments, ensuring good communication and teamwork to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in planning and running promotional events, open days, and information sessions to draw in potential students.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales data, create sales reports, and share insights with management. Spot trends and suggest ways to improve.
  • Manage general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and maintaining records.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by quickly and professionally addressing inquiries and issues.
