As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless execution of sales activities. This position is essential to maintaining strong client relationships, processing orders efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department. You will work closely with our sales team to facilitate business growth and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of documentation
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with current information
• Coordinate with sales representatives to provide administrative support and meet sales targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Handle customer inquiries and provide general support to ensure satisfaction
• Liaise between customers, sales team, and other departments to facilitate smooth transactions
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments regarding stock requirements
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organise sales events and activities
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materialsTrack sales metrics and generate reports to support management decision-making
