Job summary

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in our air-con contracting company. You will be the key point of contact for customers and internal teams, managing enquiries, documentation, and coordination of technician schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up via WhatsApp & phone calls

• Prepare quotations, work orders & project documents

• Coordinate and schedule daily technician work routes

• Monitor work progress and coordinate with technicians

• Liaise with the internal project/site team and assist with basic after-sales matters

• Ensure customers receive timely updates and support

About you

• Able to communicate in English & Chinese
