Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders with accurate documentation.
• Update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with sales reps to provide administrative support and meet targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Handle inquiries and provide general customer support.
• Liaise between customers, sales, and other departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs.
• Schedule meetings and organise sales events.
• Assist in sales presentations and track metrics for management decisions.
