Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support in the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers by keeping schedules as well as providing information and documentation of sales details. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and support long lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quotations and orders to customers and sales representatives
  • Interact with customers to ensure thorough sales and quotation follow-up
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed
  • Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform customers of any unforeseen delays or problems
  • Demonstrating expertise and accountability in Key Account
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, organizing important documents, and effectively communicating relevant information
  • Manage and organize financial and non-financial data electronically and present reports
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent with shipping background would be preferred
  • Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge with Incoterms and shipping including LC issuance / negotiation is an added advantage
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially in MS Office
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good customer engagement and negotiation skills, resourceful with good interpersonal skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with global partners and clients
