Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales team in sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers.
• Manage order processing and generate required documentation.
• Plan and coordinate shipment schedules for timely delivery.
• Pack shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents.
• Manage Letters of Credit documents for submission.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders regarding shipment arrangements.
• Update sales forecasts and prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain and update the sales database and document library.

Job description

Job scope:

• Provide support to the sales team, including Business Development Executives and Managers, in sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers accordingly.
• Manage order processing and generate all required documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Pack shipments and prepare all necessary shipping documents.
• Manage and handle Letters of Credit (LC) documents for submission.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders regarding shipment arrangements.
• Update sales forecasts and prepare monthly sales reports on outstanding orders at month-end.
• Maintain and update the sales database and document library.
