Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and cultivate potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and project requirements.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections while providing accurate and relevant information.

Coordination

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing HVAC systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with project engineer teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project handover from sales to execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met within defined timelines, budgets, safety practices and policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and vendor.
