The Sales Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Fleet Sales Team to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. This role is responsible for managing sales documentation, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, handling customer inquiries, supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) collection, and assisting the sales team in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) collection and follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives, customers, and internal departments such as Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and Marketing.
Support the Sales Manager and sales team with administrative matters and daily operational requirements.
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare quotations, sales-related documents, and other supporting documentation as required.
Ensure all sales documentation is properly completed and maintained.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for sales documents, quotations, contracts, and customer communications.
Ensure sales and customer information is entered accurately and promptly into the relevant systems.
Local Higher Nitec to Diploma holder.
Min. 2 years in a similar capacity.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (needs to liaise with Chinese counterparts).
Good administrative and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
