Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Assist AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Operations and Marketing.
• Support the Sales Manager and sales team with administrative matters and daily operational requirements.
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare quotations, sales-related documents, and other supporting documentation as required.
• Ensure all sales documentation is properly completed and maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for sales documents, quotations, contracts, and customer communications.
• Ensure sales and customer information is entered accurately and promptly into the relevant systems.
